Most offices keep theirs. The fridge covers what a pantry can't hold: fresh lunch, cold drinks, and after-hours access — without expanding the pantry budget or the admin around it.

Does the office pay for the products?
No. Staff pay for what they take by contactless card or phone. The business pays nothing for the fridge, the stock or the servicing.
Can we subsidise or fully cover items for staff?
Yes, subsidised arrangements are possible. Mention it in the site check and we'll set it up during the walk-through.
How much power does it use?
About the same as a household bar fridge, from a standard outlet. The site covers electricity.
What if something is charged incorrectly?
Staff contact our support directly and we handle the refund. Nobody in your office is involved.
